The consumption of bagel especially in North America has risen sharply ever since the product hit the market!
 
 

This device is a new idea for slicing bagels into halves for filling.

The product is  safe and simple to use and gives a clean cut every
time.

The slicer can be used on most common sized bagels.

Hygienic stainless steel strip will hold bagel in position with its
sealed wooden handles which are sgueezed to retain the bagel
inside the loop.

The bagel can then be cut by an ordinary knife inserted through the slot. It is suitable for slicing some loaf and French bread.

For home as well as retail use, it is an inexpensive but useful device.
